FS#86: service seems to be broken somehow. Long queue, very slow

Not sure why. Hardware problem? Attack? Or is it just someone who has enqueued many very big changesets? If the latter is the case it would be good to find a solution against it. E.g. a time-out for each single analysation to keep this service usable for all users.

At the bottomg of each osmhv screen it says "All geographic data by OpenStreetMap, available under cc-by-sa-2.0.". Perhaps a link to http://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright would be better? That makes clear that the data's ODBL not cc-by-sa-2.0, and covers "how to credit" too.

FS#84: osmhb backend apparently not working anymore - new requests are queueing up

something is wrong with the backend, or someone is spamming/misusing it. There are currently 1890 requests waiting and it is decreasing only very slowly (about 2 in half an hour). Already processed old requests still work.

http://osmhv.openstreetmap.de/ fails with "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable" since some days. Please bring this very very useful tool (should be integrated in osm.org's changeset view) back online! :-)

Changeset 12351846 can't be shown by osmhv because it concerns version 5 of way 9884466, which has had its versions 4 and 3 redacted, as stated in http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/9884466/history

osmhv should properly handle this situation and fall back to displaying the diff between v5 and the next available version, which in this case is v2.

Maybe because it contains a way with a single node - the only error reported by JOSM.
